Tim says Guitar is coming along great.

Meeting with Ken Bausch about upcoming BBQ, BBQ Contest Day changed to Sunday. Meeting went very well, Kenny with help just wants to make sure BBQ is a success. Kenny also suggested to have a Youth division of 18 and younger.

18 – 20 September 2026 – Stag Run (Catskill Mountain Thunder)

30 October - 1 Nov. – Trip to Sleepy Hollow for the weekend not sure of the mode of transportation yet.

New Business:

Open houses to start again in May - 3rd Saturday of each month.

Pops wife had a Heart Attack, scheduled for surgery in the immediate future.

Clutch has officially resigned his Full Patch membership with the club. Effective 4/12/2026.

Printer/Copier being purchased for the club house. G.K. Willy to check with school, otherwise Thumper to get one from Best Buy.

Party for Huffy/Jill on May 9th – Anniversary Party @ 5 in Wyoming

Car Show in Hemlock May 9th – need persons to man booth.

RPD officer Gideon Todd was shot, need to send card and $250 donation.

Trade mark update, need to distribute cards to each members stating they are in good standing

Waiting to here back from the 2 Sheriff’s Dept. Unions on doing a Cops for Kids event.

Route of ride to be discussed, talked about sticking with Legions.

Getting sheets made up so that a small group can go to a Town and knock them out for Sponsor/Donation.

Vendor spots $100 for the day, $200 for the weekend.

Need to find a Food vendor to take care of MMA event and possible serve the entire weekend.

Stag Run, Huffy booked 7 rooms, $450 includes rooms, tickets to the event each day, Breakfast, Dinner and Complimentary Transportation to and from the event.

Laser jet Printer/Scanner/Copier to be purchased from Walmart.

Huffy met with MMA folks, the name of the event to be Hemlock Havoc, we will get 30% of the ticket we sell – we will be starting with 500 tickets. Price of the ticket will be $30

each advanced purchase, $40 the day of.

We will meet with the Hemlock Fair organization to iron out the Booze sales options.
